As such, our refund rules are strict yet fair.
Refunds are only provided if:
The service has not been started.
The customer cancels within 24 hours of purchase.
Once work has begun or assets have been delivered, no refund is offered.

Consultations
Paid ads management work
Setup fees
Strategy or audit documents already delivered
May be offered only if:
A project is mutually cancelled before 50% completion
Both parties agree in writing
Attempting a fraudulent chargeback will result in:
Termination of all services
Submission of evidence to payment processors
Possible legal action
